The room I was given was impeccably clean and absolutely perfect with a microwave and 2 queen beds. A microwave oven, coffee/tea making equipment, and a fridge were provided. Particularly good location to the area for a short family trip made it easy to get to key attractions.

Conveniently located, close to attractions. Clean rooms with noticeable sanitization stickers. Professional and friendly check-in and check-out clerks. Breakfast served hot and delicious. Outstanding service from breakfast server. Will definitely stay again in the future.

The staff members were extra nice. I forget the gentleman who worked Sunday night, June 5, but he was so extremely nice! He cooked the breakfast on Monday, and it was delicious! Jennifer, who checked us out on Monday, June 6, was amazing! I would definitely stay there again!
We stayed again on Thursday night, June 10, and had difficulty getting a room with a refrigerator. Even though this is a complaint for that, they were kind enough to move us, and comped our room! So even though I feel EVERY room should have a fridge, we still had a great stay!

The Hampton Inn Southaven is truly exceptional. We were impressed by how clean and comfortable the hotel was. We also loved the convenience of having a Chili's Grill & Bar right nearby. Plus, the complimentary WiFi was fantastic.

Sofa bed was really bad and it was very humid in room. It was clean bit very small. No meat on breakfast menu just eggs and lots of carbs.
